I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel, thanks to the amazing customer service from some standout staff members. The location was perfect for exploring Toronto, with lots of shopping and dining options nearby. However, I did have a couple of issues with noise from other guests and a few maintenance problems, though they were promptly addressed. Overall, it's a comfy and welcoming place to stay.
